Se remitió el expediente contentivo de la tutela promovida por el ciudadano de la referencia al Juzgado Primero Laboral del Circuito de Ibagué para que tramite y decida en forma inmediata, toda vez que se le dará aplicación al citado Art. 37 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 y al Art. 1º, numeral 1º inciso 2º del Decreto 1382 de 2000 según el cual corresponde a los jueces del circuito conocer de las acciones de tutela que se interpongan contra cualquier organismo o entidad del sector descentralizado por servicios del orden nacional.
